Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@shopdeepdrift.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
Please note that return shipping fees are non-refundable. Return addresses may vary depending on the supplier fulfilment location.
We recommend contacting our support team before sending any items back to ensure the correct return instructions are provided.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used — including sleep masks, massagers and any personal wellness products that come into contact with skin.
If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Bundle Return Policy
To be eligible for a refund on any Deep Drift bundle, all items included within the bundle must be returned together in their original condition and packaging.
Partial returns for individual items within a bundle are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

- Refunds are processed once the returned bundle has been received and inspected

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
